The property is on one level and is located 10 km. from Lucca in the DOC wine and oil production area, inside a large, completely fenced property surrounded by greenery overlooking the hills where there are 3 other apartments and the main house also intended for rent.

The house, which enjoys completely independent comfortable spaces and a private garden, is furnished in a comfortable and functional way and is divided as follows:

entrance to bright living room / dining room with TV and equipped kitchenette (oven with 4 gas hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster) which leads directly to the garden by means of two large doors / windows.

The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 double bedroom (French bed) which leads to a small single bedroom.

Outside, near the dining area, there is a large private covered veranda (BBQ) which overlooks the large lawned garden which also extends to the rear and, a few tens of meters away, behind the main house which overlooks the large, completely fenced common garden (table tennis, soccer goal), there is the beautiful fenced inground pool of mt. 6 x 12 (depth from 1.20 to 1.50 meters - children must be supervised) with an outdoor shower shared with the guests of the other four housing units that are part of the complex.
